MAPNA Group received provisional acceptance certificate (PAC) for the steam cycle of Gol Gohar Combined Cycle Power Plant.
With provisional delivery of this unit, MD-2 has now received PAC for 94 units with an aggregate capacity of 14,411 MWs.
Gol Gohar Combined Cycle Power Plant is located 50 kilometers from Sirjan, Kerman Province. The power plant consists of two combined power blocks, one of which has been delivered to the client. The power plant includes four gas turbines each with a capacity of 166 MWs, two 160-MW steam turbines, one ACC cooling system, and a 400-kv power transmission line.
Gohar Energy Sirjan is the client of this project and Ghods Niroo Consulting Engineers Company serves as the consultant.
