MAPNA Company (MD-2) received final acceptance certificate (FAC) for Unit VI of Ardabil thermal plant.
With final delivery of this unit, MAPNA combined Cycle Power Plants Construction & Development Company (MD-2) has now received FAC for 81 units with an aggregate capacity of 12,207 MWs.
The power plant is located at 35th kilometer of Ardabil-Meshgin Shahr road in an area of 70 hectares. The development project was commissioned to MAPNA Group by Thermal Power Plants Holding Company on June 6, 2011.
Scope of the project includes engineering, procurement, and execution for two thermal units each with a capacity of 162 MWs running on V94-2 v.5 turbines. Ghods Niroo serves as consultant of the project.
