MAPNA Group President Abbas Aliabadi and Zagros Power Generation Management Company CEO Alireza Dehnavi signed a contract to construct two steam sectors for Zagros-Kowsar Combined Cycle Power Plant.
The project includes construction of a pair of two-pressure steam turbine generators, each with a capacity of 160 MWs. Air cooled condenser (ACC) and related equipment will be also provided in this EPC contract.
The project is slated for a provisional handover to the client in 32 months.
Zagros-Kowsar Combined Cycle Power Plant is located 25 kilometers east of Kermanshah, western Iran.
