At the beginning of the letter it was stated that in view of the new economic conditions of the country and the fluctuations in the price of foreign exchange and metals (including iron, copper, aluminum and zinc), which builders and contractors of the power industry to meet the raw materials needed for related products and projects with serious challenges It is necessary to refrain from any notice, termination of the contract or the filing of the guarantee of current contracts for a period of three months.
According to the letter, it is obvious that in the above-mentioned deadline, by establishing special committees and in cooperation with the Syndicate of the Iranian Electricity Industry, measures are needed to examine the solutions to overcome the current situation and resolve contractual issues for the advancement of electricity industry projects in accordance with the laws and regulations.
